Physical Artwork Shipping
Shipping timelines and charges are determined by the destination and the size of the artwork. For international commissions, we utilize specialized art transport services to ensure the safe arrival of your piece. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the artwork is dispatched.

Online Art Classes
Online art classes are conducted live via secure platforms. Cancellation policies are strictly enforced 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to ensure class continuity. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days for valid cancellations. For any technical issues during the session, please contact our support team immediately.
